I facilitate high levels of student progress. 

I tutor in groups and give each student a high level of attention and input.  I guide students through the GCSE English Language and English Literature syllabi, giving invaluable examination tips, from the point of view of a GCSE  examiner.  In my experience, it is essential that students learn timings for each question in the four GCSE papers.  It is also very important that students understand what the examiners are actually looking for.  Therefore, I ensure that students are clear about the assessment objectives for each paper and question. 

 

The group dynamic enables students to share ideas, challenge readings of the texts, provide a supportive yet challenging environment.
